Your security and privacy are of the utmost importance to FusionAdvisor. We assure you that we are committed to maintaining the privacy, security and integrity of the financial and personal information you share with us.

All communication with the FusionAdvisor system uses strong encryption, 128-bit SSL version 3.0 -- one of the strongest encryption methods available. FusionAdvisor uses Thawte certificates for this SSL protection, and is recognized as a Thawte Secure Site.
Physical Security: FusionAdvisor's Web site is located in a secure environment, and the system is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to servers requires multiple levels of authentication, including identity authentication.

Firewalls: All FusionAdvisor firewalls are located in a controlled environment. All data and access to the FusionAdvisor servers are filtered by the perimeter firewalls before reaching any Web servers. An additional level of firewalls protects the Application and Database servers.

FusionAdvisor Passwords and User IDs: FusionAdvisor Passwords and User IDs are kept private. User IDs can be searched by Customer Service Representatives, but no one at FusionAdvisor can access your FusionAdvisor password. Therefore, if you forget your FusionAdvisor password, a new one must be created. We have no way of deciphering what the forgotten password was.

Account Numbers and Account Passwords: Your financial institution Account Numbers and Account Passwords are kept private. The FusionAdvisor Application has access to them in order to update your account. When you input those items, it is as if you have placed them in a secured lock box. The key to this lock box is a piece of data that only you know. Therefore, if you forget that piece of data, you must reenter your Account Numbers and Account Passwords.

Audits and Inspections: System integrity checks of the firewalls and other network perimeter access control systems are performed on a regular basis. Our security practice and architecture is audited and approved by security experts and is regularly upgraded to ensure that your information is completely secure. The FusionAdvisor security practices are audited and inspected quarterly by security experts.

Message Board Security: We use a message board to communicate with you because it affords us greater security than standard email. This heightened security is especially important when communicating sensitive information such as bank account numbers. Communication through the message board, like all interactions with the FusionAdvisor Web site, occurs using 128-bit SSL, one of the most secure forms of communication available today on the Web.

Third Party Sites: FusionAdvisor's Web site may contain links to other Web sites. Such links are provided solely as a convenience for you. FusionAdvisor is not responsible for the security practices of such Web sites. In addition, in cases where you authorize FusionAdvisor to access your third party accounts, FusionAdvisor is not responsible for the personal information that you have provided to third parties or for the security policy and actions of the third parties.

Other Precautions:
To preserve your privacy, you will be logged off automatically when you have been inactive for a period of time. For secure access to your private information, you will need to log on again. For security reasons you will be denied access to your account after 3 unsuccessful log in attempts.
